We guarantee your satisfaction with all merchandise purchased at the Robb USA online store. Items may be returned for a refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping and handling fees.
Robb USA will accept merchandise in its original condition when accompanied by the original receipt. We do not accept merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered. The purchased item may be returned within 14 to 30 days, depending on the product, from the date of delivery.
The directions for returning merchandise purchased from the Robb USA Online Shop are as follows:
1. Fill out the Return Form to request a return label for the items you wish to return.
2. You will receive the return label via email; please print it along with three commercial invoices.
3. Repackage the item(s) with the original packaging.
4. Affix the return label and three copies of the commercial invoice inside a pouch to the outside of the box.
5. Drop the package off at the courier location provided by us or the nearest one for your convenience.
We do not offer exchanges. Items may be returned for a refund, excluding shipping and handling fees.
Electronics
Electronics delivered in damaged condition, dead upon arrival, or still in the original packaging can be shipped back to the Robb USA with the supplied return label.
Timepieces
All product packaging (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) must be returned with the item. Items returned without the original documentation are not eligible for return or exchange. Items that have been resized, damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery are also not eligible for return or exchange.
Items that cannot be returned
1. Merchandise that has been worn, used or altered
2. Personalized items
3. Perfumes with opened and or/tampered crystal wrapping
When will I receive a credit for my return?
Refunds are typically processed within 14 days from the moment we receive the merchandise. The timing of when it will appear on your credit card statement depends on the credit card. Cryptocurrency refunds appear instantly.
